I usually feel like I never get lucky with stuff like this, so I was surprised to see bonus seeds included with my order. It was a cool little extra and made the whole thing feel a bit more worth it.

Umm, the site does have some grow info and a few guides, which is nice, but it felt a little basic to me. I was hoping for clearer tips and more up-to-date details. I ended up having to look around on other sites for answers, so it wasn’t as helpful as I expected

I ordered something and they managed to send one item wrong, which was annoying. I don’t really care for all the polished customer service wording companies use after the fact, I just wanted the stuff I actually ordered.

I had an issue and looked into getting a replacement, but the terms felt unfair. Reading between the lines, it seemed like the policy was set up more to avoid helping than to make things right. It left a bad impression, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

I got help really quick and the person I talked to was super nice. made the whole thing way easier than I expected.

I noticed the strain details didn’t really line up with the breeder info, which made choosing something way more frustrating than it needed to be. Now I’m second-guessing the descriptions altogether. What made it worse is that when I tried to get clarity, it felt like nobody wanted to take ownership of the issue or actually explain what was wrong.

I tried placing an order on North Atlantic Seed and the whole checkout process was kind of a pain. The page kept lagging, and at one point I had to re-enter my info, which was frustrating. Some of the wording during checkout also felt misleading, like it made things sound more straightforward than they actually were. My order did eventually go through, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience...

I found what I needed quickly, and checkout was simple. The filters were okay, actually, they could be a bit better, but overall it was an easy site to get around.

The payment kept messing up when I was trying to check out. It failed twice, which was frustrating and ended up wasting my time.

I was really looking forward to getting these seeds, but when they arrived, the bag was barely sealed and a lot of the seeds were crushed. It felt like they hadn’t been packed with much care at all. it was disappointing because I was excited to use them, and opening the package just left me feeling let down.

My order did arrive and everything was fine, so that part was a relief. I just felt a little unsure while waiting because the site and updates didn’t give me a ton of confidence. A few clearer updates or confirmations would’ve helped me feel better about it. I’d probably try them again, but I’d like a bit more reassurance next time.

They had a lot to choose from, so I definitely can’t complain about the selection… but at the same time, they didn’t have a couple of the specific strains I was looking for. Still found something decent, though.

The order shipped out fine, so no issues there. I just wish the tracking had been clearer. It barely updated at all until the package was almost here.

I tried to return my order and the whole refund process was a hassle. It took forever to get my money back, and the replies I got from support didn’t really answer anything. I weirdly remember the box had this bright green sticker on it that said “priority,” which is kind of funny because nothing about the refund felt priority at all. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I went in expecting the privacy stuff around checkout and shipping to be super obvious, especially since the site makes it sound like discretion is a priority. Instead, I felt like I had to click around and hunt for basic answers, which made me uneasy.

It’s frustrating when a company promises a discreet experience but doesn’t make those details clear right when you need them. For a site like this, that should be simple and upfront. I didn’t feel comfortable moving forward, so it’s 1 star from me...

I could be missing some context here, but the breeder packs just felt a little off to me. Not saying for sure they weren’t legit, I just wasn’t fully confident about the authenticity.

From what I remember, the payment options were decent and I didn’t have any trouble finding one that worked for me. Checkout felt simple enough overall, nothing confusing or frustrating stood out.

It still hasn’t arrived yet, so I’m disappointed and just waiting to see when it finally shows up.

My order got here without any issues but the labels were confusing. A few of the packs looked too similar and I had to stop and really check them because the little details were hard to read.

I paid for specific seeds so I do not want to be guessing what is what. Maybe it would not bother everyone but it made the whole order feel kind of messy to me. I probably would not order again unless the labeling gets better.

I found most of what I was looking for, so I’d say the stock was good overall. The only downside was that one strain I wanted wasn’t available, which was a little disappointing. The site was easy enough to use though, and to me it seems worth checking back again later.
